Customer.. in this case. You're NOT right.

Yesterday I worked for the Packer game. They lost in overtime. It was the dumbest mistake loss ever. I almost cried. No super bowl for us.
I made... 7ish$ in tips. for 5 hours. LAME. The only people who came in were my boyfriends buddies, who don't tip, or only 1 or 2$.
I had a older couple come in at 3:20 for dinner. For one, who eats dinner at 3 in the afternoon? Whatever. I thought it was a bit later and that I could serve. Our cook had been there for 10 minutes and I had hoped turned on the fryer and oven even though we don't open the kitchen until 4.. but no. I had to tell the customers they were too early and if they didn't mind waiting 15-20 min for the grill to heat up I could take their order. I was even willing to make them a free drink. But instead this asshole starts arguing w/ me saying that our flier says we open at 3! I told him yes, the bar opens at 3. But it states our kitchen hours 4-9 underneath the bar hours 3-midnight. He was not having this. He insisted I was wrong and I almost lost my cool and had to hold myself back from walking to the bar and grabbing our fliers to shove in his face and point to where it clearly says KITCHEN OPEN 4-9 DAILY. but quite frankly that is the kind of guy who will tip 1$ and some change regardless of whether he spends 20$ or 120$. That is the kind of guy who will order whatever he wants and insist on using a coupon even if the thing says it cannot be used on the item. Fuck that guy. I said sorry as sweetly as possible and escorted them to the door, took a seat next to my bf, popped open a beer, and enjoyed my shift instead.
